Volunteers

Greetings Colleagues,
If you’ll be attending the 2024 conference why not enrich your experience — really feel a part of things by volunteering during the conference. Not only will you be part of the inner workings, but you will also have the opportunity to attend a 3-hour paid workshop for free.

Volunteering is a great way to maximize your experience at the conference. You will have the chance to network with other professionals in your field, while also helping to ensure the conference runs smoothly. All currently certified ACHE Members and Student Members may apply for this opportunity to get more involved. Applications will be accepted through March 15, 2024, for the upcoming 2024 conference. Join us in making the magic happen. Details below.

General requirements for volunteers

Must be available at least six hours over the three days. Compensation is one 3-hour workshop ticket for the workshop where you are the assigned room monitor. To qualify for the free, 3-hour workshop, volunteers must also be assigned to support at least two “free” events.

Volunteers MUST register for the conference and are responsible for their own registration costs.

Eligibility

Student Members and current Members of ACHE are encouraged to apply for this unique opportunity to get involved. The volunteer program is only open to current Members of ACHE.

Shift Assignments

Applications will be accepted through March 15, 2024 for the next conference, but shifts are limited, so apply early. Once the schedule is fully staffed, names will be added to the conference volunteer wait list. We will notify potential volunteers by email regarding status, so please check your spam filter settings.
