“By joining the board I would offer my perspective, compassion and energy to the project of
promoting hypnosis worldwide. Amid the current era of technological and philosophical
challenges, hypnosis constitutes a powerful counterbalance—promoting peace and well-being
through natural means while upholding the fundamental dignity of the human person. I also
believe that the tradition of hypnosis, its history and development, will be important to preserve
for future hypnotists and healers. Therefore, it is my sincere wish to endeavor with the ACHE in
the protection and application of hypnosis.”

Eva Clark

I have been a member of ACHE since 2019. What attracted me to the association is that it is run by its members for its members. ACHE seeks to support all its members and schools and not represent or favour any.

I want to help this association to continue and even improve what it does for its members and schools. That is why I am running for re-election.

As a board member these last two years, we have begun a full update of our website and brand identity working with Effusion – an organization specialized in web and marketing for nonprofits like ourselves. We have also begun detailing, through the creation of a strategic plan, the future of our association. We seek to increase ACHE’s support of its members and schools, and stay relevant in the field of hypnotherapy.

If you vote for my re-election, I will work on the completion of the work on the site, help implement our strategic plan, and continue to find ways to support your membership and hypnotherapy practice.

Katherine Zimmerman

I previously served on the ACHE Board for four years and remain deeply committed to supporting the growth, integrity, and excellence of this organization. With renewed energy and fresh insight, I am ready to return and continue working for the benefit of our professional community.

Katherine Zimmerman, CHT is an internationally-known author and speaker. Since 1989, she has taught classes on self-hypnosis, EFT, and other related subjects, along with doing presentations on hypnotherapy at professional conferences nationwide.
Katherine is the Director of the California Hypnotherapy Academy, and a former guest lecturer
for the University of California Medical Center, Davis.

A prolific writer, Katherine’s published works include Business Solutions: Build Your Successful Holistic Practice; Hypnotherapy Scripts Volumes 1-5; a series of Instructors Manuals containing everything an instructor requires to teach these classes and seminars and numerous CE courses.

In addition to training in Advanced Hypnotherapy with the late Gil Boyne, in 1998 she learned
EFT with the developer, Gary Craig. She is an author and consultant, has lectured through the
Speakers Network, at the University of California, Davis, taught through the Learning Exchange
in Sacramento, California and taught for 14 years through the Experimental College at UC
Davis, Davis, CA.
