This experiential webinar explores how hypnosis can be deepened through the integration of parts work, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. Participants will learn approaches for working with emotional patterns, protective responses, and unresolved experiences in a way that supports greater safety, embodiment, and lasting transformation. This training will offer both conceptual understanding and practical tools that practitioners can begin integrating into their work immediately. Topics may include working with protective parts, increasing client safety and attunement, supporting emotional integration, and incorporating the body into the hypnotic process in a grounded and relational way.
Presenter: Stacia Aashna is a clinical hypnotherapist, trauma-informed coach, and facilitator specializing in the integration of hypnosis, Somatic Experiencing®, parts work, and nervous system regulation. With over a decade of experience in the healing arts, her work bridges traditional hypnotic approaches with embodied and relational modalities that support deeper emotional integration and lasting transformation.
In addition to her private practice, Stacia has taught workshops, groups, and experiential trainings across the country on topics related to trauma healing, self-leadership, emotional regulation, and embodied transformation. Her approach emphasizes the importance of safety, presence, and attunement within the hypnotic process, particularly when working with emotional memory, protective patterns, and identity-level change.
Through her work, Stacia aims to help practitioners and clients move beyond insight alone by integrating the wisdom of the body, the nervous system, and the inner emotional landscape into the healing process.
