We take complaints about our current certificants very seriously but before filing a complaint, please contact the administrative office to verify that certification is current. [email protected] or 619-280-7200.

The statute of limitations for complaints is one year from the date of the incident.

Please note: All complaints against currently certified members will be forwarded first to the member. Once they have responded, both parties' information will be forwarded to the Ethics Committee for review. At the conclusion of the review, Ethics Committee findings will be presented to the Board. The Board will take this information under advisement and determine if and what action must be taken, within the bounds of our governing Code of Ethics and Bylaws.
