Shadow work involves exploring the unconscious or “hidden” aspects of the self-parts of our personality, emotions, and behaviors that may be suppressed, denied, or unrecognized. These hidden aspects influence choices and actions, as well as our relationships and overall well-being.
In this SO-minute session, participants will learn how hypnosis can be used to safely access and integrate the shadow, both for personal self-exploration and to support clients in uncovering limiting beliefs, unresolved emotions, and unconscious patterns. By guiding clients or themselves through this process, hypnotherapists can foster deeper self-awareness, integrate hidden aspects, and facilitate meaningful, lasting change.
