Description

Stress can affect every aspect of our lives.  It affects sleep, digestions, body tension, blood pressure, emotions and behaviors, and has even been proven to be a key factor in causing many of the diseases of our time – high blood pressure, heart disease, IBS, depression and anxiety attacks, and even cancer.

Because stress is a key factor in making our bodies and our minds ill, Doctors will oftentimes prescribe reducing your stress. But how do we do that? How do we reduce the stress load on our bodies and our health?

Do we cut the amount of appointments and to do’s on our calendars, do we reduce our responsibilities? Highly unlikely, right? In this webinar, we will focus instead, not so much on the stressors, but on the psychological and physiological stress response and how to control it.

You will come away from this webinar with a greater understanding of what stress is, the physical and psychological effects of stress overload, and, how to reduce the stress response.

So instead of giving your clients a remedy for sleep, another for nail biting and jaw clenching, something to help them stop drinking so many glasses of wine after work… where essentially, we only treat the symptom of overstress, and learn how to address overstress directly.
