Understanding Grief

We live in a collective consciousness culture of pain avoidance programming.

Consequently, we are never taught the skill set of how to navigate and move through a grief process (or any wounding), and we are in fact given messages that we should repress and avoid feeling grief itself. As a result, unresolved grief gets locked and stored in our subconscious mind and in our cellular memory, and then brought forward through what is called in Hypnotherapy our “Affect Bridge”, which then gets overlaid onto a present event so that we then reactively see it through that lens. In short, our past is always before us. This has the effect of preventing us from being fully present. It also prevents us from creating and manifesting the world which we are capable of dreaming into being.

We experienced technical difficulties when recording this webinar, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
