Beyond the spoken word, there are subtle and powerful venues through which individuals communicate.
Often, our clients are conditioned by outside sources in how they are “supposed” to feel and how they are “supposed” to express those feelings. This conditioning can lead them to be detached and unaware of their true emotions and beliefs and limit the expression of their inner truth.
Yet….the body doesn’t lie. As practitioners, expanding our channels of sensory perception allows us to detect the subtle messages provided beyond spoken words. Using heightened perception, we can tune into the clues of our clients’ body postures, facial expressions, and patterns of breathing. This creates opportunities for dialogues of exploration and facilitates a deeper dive to unearth their buried inner truths.
