The next certification renewal is for the two-year period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020. The annual fee is paid in two-year increments ($150.00). If you have been certified with no lapse your 2019-2020 certificate will be issued upon receipt of the 1) $150.00 biennial certification fee, 2) a signed Declaration and 3) proof of CE hours.

Exhibit fee includes one 6 ft table with 2 chairs. Presenters are given first preference on these tables. Educational products are appropriate but clothing, jewelry, crystals, etc. are not appropriate to be displayed and sold.Exhibitor tables will cost $195 for presenters and $245 for non-presenters for the 3-day regular conference. All products must be pre-approved.
You may consign your books, CDs, DVDs and other educational products to the ACHE bookstore table for a 35% commission. Please indicate your preference below:
I understand that I am making a non-refundable payment. In the unlikely event that your application is denied payment will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee.
Any table not set up and occupied by Noon, Friday may be cancelled or reassigned without refund.
All exhibits must be broken down and removed by 4 pm Sunday.
