Timothy Trujillo joins us to honor the legacy of Gil Boyne in this pre-conference full day training on Hypnosis for Healing and Pain Control. Learn the methods that helped transform the countless lives and the field of hypnotherapy. Mr. Trujillo will demonstrate through live casework and teach the techniques he first learned from Boyne, adding a rich array of methods he developed over twenty years of practice. He will also share cutting-edge science of consciousness and human physiology that helps educate clients, inform therapeutic practices, and support the use of hypnosis in comprehensive health management.

Mindbody therapies are achieving a high profile in modern medicine and hypnosis is a preferred evidence-based modality. Providers are searching for qualified practitioners who can offer this support to their patients. Through this workshop, attendees will enrich their existing knowledge, add to their skill set, and gain confidence to truly make a difference.

Take advantage of this opportunity to learn from a seasoned and innovative practitioner who has effectively applied healing hypnosis to a variety of settings from clinic, to hospital, to field. Participate in a dynamic hypnotic healing experience that includes:
• Conscious Holotropism: guiding the journey from injury or illness to wholeness
• Mindbody Physiology: vagal tone, neuroplasticity, psychoneuroimmunology, microbiome, epigenetics, quantum biology
• Classical Chinese Wisdom: yinyang, the principle of tides, and the causes of disease and harmony
• Mastering clinical inductions, methods, and phenomena
• The Hypnosis Health Protocol: strategies for symptom relief, stress management,  trauma recovery, and Thanatotherapy for grief, palliative, and end of life support
• Energetic Hypnosis: “suggestion” through hands-on, toning, and live music
• Transpersonal and shamanic methods for fostering external resources

Spectacular!!!!…So genuine and inspirational…Remarkably knowledgeable and entertaining at the same time….I feel extremely encouraged in my practice now…You have broadened my scope of possibility in this work.

Timothy L. Trujillo has integrated Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy into a powerful healing system. He is an expert in pain relief, trauma recovery, and immune disorder management and one of the world’s foremost authorities on the use of hypnosis in the management of HIV/AIDS. In his work he emphasizes patient education, conflict resolution, and self-care.
Trujillo’s passion for using hypnosis to reduce suffering has carried his campaign from community agencies to medical centers to the United Nations. As founder of First Medicines, he has helped to deliver this system of care to HIV/AIDS-impacted populations in Los Angeles and led outreach projects in Guatemala, India, New Orleans, and Cairo, reaching beyond HIV care to address traumatic distress in survivors of tsunami, hurricane, and civil war. His delivery strategies have produced an accessible online resource (firstmedicines.org) in multiple languages. He chronicled this work in the book Tsunami Effect.

Mr. Trujillo is a graduate and former instructor at Gil Boyne’s Hypnotism Training Institute of Los Angeles. He is a popular guest instructor for multiple schools and provider of specialty certification trainings in hypnotic healing for a variety of associations. His work was featured in the book The Worst is Over by Judith Simon Prager and Judith Acosta. In 2003 he was awarded the Medaille d’Excellence by the International Human Rights Consortium in Geneva, Switzerland for bringing his “Spirit of Creativity” to the promotion of global health and peace. A lifelong entertainer and performer, his presentations are imbued with enthusiasm, humor, and rich storytelling rooted in deep compassion for those who suffer.
